The New Director General Of Budget Was Born On October 28, 1966 In Mbae-Bili By Olamze In The Department Of The Vallée Du Ntem, Region Of South Cameroon. Holder Of A Bachelor's Degree In Economics From The University Of Yaoundé In 1991, Cyrill Edou Alo'o Graduated In Financial Management (treasury) From The National School Of Administration And Magistracy (ENAM) In 1994. He Is Also Holds A Master's Degree In Public Management Obtained At Sciences-Po Paris In 2010. He Is Also A Graduate Of The International Cycle Of The National School Of Administration (ENA) In Strasbourg In France In 2005. The New Director General Of Budget Is Additionally Certified On Financial And Contractual Procedures Of The 9th And 10 ^th EDF Obtained In 2007 In Brussels, Belgium.
